Today’s insight journey led me to the idea that ignorance really is not bliss. The truth of that phrase is most noticeable when we have either missed or ignored warning signs that something is not right and ultimately find ourselves dealing with the resulting negativity that threatens to consume us. There is so much in life that we would be able to handle in more appropriate, timely, and efficient ways were we to be more aware – more cognizant of the people whom we encounter, the events that happen around us, and the circumstances in which we find ourselves. And simply put, we cannot afford to walk, let alone sprint, through this life being unaware. There’s too much at stake. #lovebythedrop
