Today’s insight journey led me to the idea that the exhibition of great manners should be the rule rather than the exception. We human beings have truly embraced the idea that we are who we are and that people should accept us just as we are. And that is certainly true.
However, that does not mean that we should be comfortable behaving any way that suits our fancy. Though we are individuals we are meant to exhibit great manners toward one another, not merely some of the time, but all of the time.
Now, I know that it can be a challenge to constantly exhibit great manners, especially when others are exhibiting lackluster manners toward us. But the concept that we must remember is that what we do in this life should not be tied to what others do. Simply put, we are to carry ourselves and behave the way that we know that we should regardless of what others do. And though it is a challenge to do that, it is a challenge that yields exponential results. Be blessed! #lovebythedrop
