Today’s insight journey led me to the idea that there is always a choice. I often hear people saying that they did or did not do something because they had no choice. And, truthfully, I can understand how they might have felt as though they were without any options. However, when we take the time to think about it, we will realize that there is always a choice. Now, that choice may not be the most desirable, or the easiest to make, but that does not negate the fact that it is a choice.
So, the next time that we find ourselves in a tight situation or a rough set of circumstances, when it comes time for us to make certain decisions, let’s do so from the standpoint that we are making the decisions that we are making because those decisions are representative of the choices that we are choosing to make, instead from the somewhat misguided standpoint that we lack choices. It is only once we have committed to and taken responsibility for our choices that we will indeed have a greater chance of living the quality lives that we were created to live. Choose wisely and own those choices, my dears, and watch what you learn about yourselves, others, and life in the process. #lovebythedrop
