Today’s insight journey led me to the idea that there is always hope. It can be rather easy to lose sight of that when life’s character-building challenges arise and we either feel as though we are all alone or we find ourselves literally all alone.
In those moments it can be a challenge to see beyond whatever it is that we are facing and take note of the fact that hope is still there, though it may be off in the distance where we unknowingly left it. Yes, that’s right. I said that hope is off in the distance where we left it. You see, hope remains firmly planted wherever we leave it, as it is not hope that moves away from us, but rather we move away from it as we allow the challenges of life to blow us out into the sea of isolation while hope calls to us from the shore of serenity.
Alright, that was a little flowery but I think that you understand where I am going with this. We must always remember that hope never leaves us, it is always there. And the choice of whether or not we remain in hope’s vicinity rests with us. #lovebythedrop
