Today I am thankful for bubble baths. Though I do not take the time to incorporate bubble baths into my schedule very much nowadays, when I do incorporate them into my schedule they do wonders for my body, mind, and spirit.
Bubble baths affect my body by soothing and relaxing my muscles, releasing stress-induced tension, and cleansing my skin. They affect my mind by allowing me the opportunity to relax, slow down, and evict all negative and unnecessary thoughts from my mind. And they affect my spirit by providing me with the opportunity to evaluate the things that I need to evaluate and to focus on thoughts that nurture my spirit.
Certainly, a bubble bath is not anything truly special or significant in and of itself, but the benefits that are associated with taking bubble baths are immeasurable. #lovebythedrop
