Today’s insight journey led me to the idea that less can sometimes be more. In this day and age we often think that the more that we do, say, think, and feel, the better off that we will be. And in some situations and on select occasions that might be the case. But more often than not the reverse is true.
Oftentimes what we need to do is focus less on quantity and more on quality and what is specifically right for us. Sometimes that will mean that we need to do things such as eat less, watch less television, reduce the number of activities that fill our schedules, and let go of relationships that do not add to our lives in a positive way, just to name a few.
So, the next time that we experience a sense of our lives being off kilter, taking the time to evaluate the current state of things and to make some necessary and positive reductions just might be in order. #lovebythedrop
