Today’s insight journey led me to the idea that there come times in life when we simply have to grow up. We reach crossroads in our lives that present us with the choice to either do things differently and grow up or to continue with our current course of action and experience stunted growth.
The decision to grow is usually accompanied by challenging circumstances – the need to pardon the wrongs of ourselves and others, to make a drastic move, or even to stop doing whatever it is that we are doing temporarily in order to take stock of the circumstances – but taking that leap and allowing our faith to catch and carry us will take us much further than continuing with the status quo ever will.
So, the next time that an opportunity to grow comes our way, hopefully we will decide to court that opportunity and keep an open mind while it shows us exactly what we are made of and what we have the potential to become. #lovebythedrop
