Today I am thankful for submarine sandwiches. Subs are the ideal example of versatility – you can put just about anything on them and tailor them to your taste. You can load them up with turkey, lettuce, red onion, and mayo. You can layer on tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella. Or you can even slide perfectly cooked chicken parmesan onto those heavenly sub rolls. The beauty of it all is that there is no wrong combination; if it’s what you like, then it’s just right. It could not be any more perfect than that. #lovebythedrop
