Today I am thankful for hand sanitizer. As a person who has a tendency to wash her hands numerous times throughout the day, be it when using the restroom, before preparing to cook and while cooking, after cleaning the house, after completing a workout, etc., it is a bit of a challenge for me when I find myself needing to wash my hands but there is no restroom in sight, or for circumstances that are beyond my control, I am unable to go to a restroom to wash my hands. In those instances I typically will not feel comfortable touching anything until my hands have been thoroughly washed. So, the ability to whip out a bottle of hand sanitizer and use a dab of it to tide me over until I can reach a proper sink is priceless. After all, cleanliness is next to godliness, right?
